The most common of which are the celebrity arrests—along with the most famous mugshots, celebrities involved with brawls, drugs, rehabilitation, alcohol, sex videos, and everything else in between. One of the most famous newsmakers is the hotel heiress, Paris Hilton. Everybody cried and laughed when she was arrested mid-2007 for driving violations. The world watched the fashion icon sobbed and looked helpless as she was sentenced to a 40-day prison and home confinement.
Another highlight for this millennium’s entertainment world was when the good-girl-gone-bad pop princess Britney Spears’s personal life was placed before the public’s eye. Everything personal about Spears was just strained and being watched out for—from her failed marriage with ex-husband Kevin Federline, her two sons, her hair-shaving stint, and her sons’ custodian battle against K. Fed.
There are other shocking celebrity scandals that the public feast on. It involves the alcohol troubles of teen stars Lindsay Lohan and Nicole Ricci.As some would say, Hollywood can both make or break a star.
